i just started tae kwon do 4 years ago, and i'm red stripe going for my red belt.
The best part of it is sparring, it helps increase your cardio, fighting technques and most importantly ur self defense techniques. |

i hate those fukin matches, before the main events there always 7 ty fights before the main events and u waste 2hrs watchin them.

:haha: That reminds me of that episode on Sienfield where Kramer was kicking kids ass in Karate but only one by one in the dojo. So the kids ganged up and jumped his ass after the class. OWNAGE! :D :D Classic!

hopefully soon.
sometimes the undercard is the best.the last ufc pay per view wasnt that great.The flying knee from Fisher was the highlight of the night. |
