Cool to see that you made it here Eric, unfortunately that might be for the wrong reason (copyright issues). Anyway, I would love to know if you're coming back to Grodan soon? Would be very nice to see you there along with the other SHM guys :)

the sample for proper educaution was approved i believe in late july or in august as far as I know from people that know eric.
it is obvious a track can't be released if it uses a sample. some are easier to clear than others. if sample isn't cleared and track released legal issues will arise most certainly.
I had a feeling MoS would sign it :rolleyes: wonder how many compilitions they will stick it on. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :stongue: :stongue:
edit, didn't EMI sign it? or is MoS just licensing it?

there is a track on this Essential Mix that is badly mentioned on their tracklist! it says just "Depeche Mode (White Label)" and is difficult to find! i uploaded a sample on a greek site: http://briefcase.pathfinder.gr/file/dj_vts/42078/548979
and u can download by clicking the left (bigger) button which in greek says download. i would be grateful if someone could help on this one!
