I have to call Dell to get an RMA on my DVD Drive.
What are the chances that the tech support rep's native languatge will be English?

i cant stand people on the phone who cant speak english or people who speak broken english (i get this alot working at a pizza place and im forever on the phone just confused as to what people want to order)
i mean ffs, im not english at all (im chinese) and i speak perfectly good english (well its a bit dodgy in some areas but u get the idea of what im trying to get across)

They have this thing in France where when you call a call center they are supposed to inform you were they are located cause too many people were bitching cause they were calling places in Morocco and crap with piss poor french. |
