so i went to work today at the wonderfulshowzenful iCompUSA for a regular shift. Supposed to be a slow week since we didn't put out an ad. So what. who cares.
anyways, my manager tells me to price this bin of DVDs. So I'm on my way back to the bin and there is this guy watching the TV. Well, iCompUSA thought it was good to put the World Cup on the screens for people to realize that HDTV is the ONLY way to watch the world cup and buy one. I greet myself and ask him if there is anything he needs. He says no and I just say "image looks nice, eh?" and he nods and I go about my business. Anyways, 45 minutes later, I'm done pricing the whole bin and I walk back and the SAME guy is there watching the game still. Isn't 45 minutes half a game of football? I mean, when I went back to the register, i saw him walk oout without buying anything. Christ, the iCompUSA employees were forced to pull out the old antanae to watch the world cup back in the break room
Is this leeching or was he just thinking hard about buying it? I wonder if we'll see him tomorrow
c'mon. use $2000 on your credit card to buy TV. Use the 30 day return policy without a restocking fee. My co-worker bought and returned a DVD-Burner just to burn 1 DVD |

yeah, i used to go to bestbuy and play xbox all the time on my break from school, they had a couch setup with a giant plasma tv. they would always come up and ask me if i needed help, and i was like "no i beat this level yesterday BUT SOMEONE DELETED MY SAVED GAME" |

ah playing xbox and stuff at best buy! I had totally forgotten how often I used to do that :)
and after all aren't the products on display for the customer to test them as he wishes :p |

| when i was a very small girl and would go to the supermarket with my mom ....knowing i totally loved reading books (i was like 6 or 7so it was easy books with images)my mom would be like "ok marie go pick up the book u want" so i would get one and start to read it while my mom was doing her shopping .....when it was time to pay i was done with the book so i was going back to the books departement and get one of the collection i hadn't read yet ;) |
