thats a laughable excuse at worst.
everything can be taxed even the whore services.
marijuana is illegal for good reasons and should remain that way. |

not impossible but hard.
it is very easy to grow large quantities of marijuana icognito, this and illegal importing make it very hard to tax(the importing accounts for only 10% of pot in this country)
how would you tax it, and why should it remain illegal? |

Everyone has there own opinion on it but if you look at actual facts you will see that it is harmless if used with intelligence. AllnightFreak is right when he sais its all about the money. So many people including the guvernment get LOADS of money through anti marijuana bull so why would they legalise it? The cotton business would get a jump kick to the face if Marijuana was legalised due to the quality of Hemp material. Believe it or not Marijuana isnt illegal because its supposedly bad for you, its illegal because people are greedy.
Im doing chemo now and nobody here is going to tell me its bad. Without weed I would be suffering twice as much as I am now. The bull they prescribe doesn't even come close to the positive effects marijuana has during chemo. |

Depends what your drinking.
A glass a day of red wine is good for the heart and a couple years ago they came out with a finding that beer also good for the heart or something.
Its all about moderation. |

yes, but try and think of it this way
people use marijuana to get inebriated
so factor in how much alcohol this takes
if you compare it like this, sorry pot is healthier.
and nacht you forgot to mention how much $$$ the government wastes in court fees for pot.I dont have a figure, but im sure its alot...it isnt any harder than before to get pot;) |

Yes... that's it... let's focus the drug war on pot and leave heroine and crack to a minority.
