| movin to south beach and my landlord told me to keep the AC on or...MOLD!? is this a problem in miami or FL in general?? i'm new to FL (from northeast). not meaning to offend anyone but mold is a new thing for me. that and hurricane-proofing... |

| personally i would find another place to live. you can get very sick being exposed to mold. |
