LOL NO dont start smoking.. yes youll eat more if you smoke pot but it will also increase your metabolism.. i dont suggest doing that unless your on some serious supplementation |

im actually trying to gain a few more pounds of muscle, and the only way i can stomach those nasty suppliment shakes i bought is to smoke a blunt.I am having a tough time gaining anything myself.(6'4' 203).My goal is 220, but i dont want a gut.This is hard.:p |

high intensity training, if you have to smoke a blunt to take down those shakes then its ok you should smoke.. but if you can stomach it its better not to increase your metabolism like that
you start to notice weight around your stomach switch to a low carb protein shake and just know the moment your muscles heal to hit the gym again and do that body part.
keep in mind everyones metabolism and body type are different, so certain people can grow more easily then others. Ive been at around 143 - 148 for the past year and a half.. its hard to break that plateau.
sometimes the only solution is more supplementation unfortunatley |

i actuall use supplements with a higher carb count and lots of wey(sic)...as i lose so much body weight playing hockey and basketball on a weekly basis.What really pisses me off is that i cant do squats anymore(probably one of the best exercizes to work out multiple areas.)due to a slight tearing in my knee.Adding some banana to the shakes help, but have you ever noticed that these shakes usually taste like ground diaper?I have till xmas to hit 220, or else im going on a diet of beer and grease so i can hit 300lbs of wonderful blubber:tongue3 |
