| Decent tunes. A little repetitive though. Nick's been playing the Rowan/Jaytech remix out a lot and it sounds pretty good live. Nice funky bassline. |

Been loving this one since it appeared on Nick Warren's GU28! Especially the Matt rowan & Jaytech remix does it for me :)
The newest Hope release is pretty much in the same vein as this one: Kenneth Thomas - Orange room ;) |

| Hope is also releasing the Shiloh track Cafe Del Mariachi later this year. Nick's been playing that one out too. Great track! |

| I love the deep beggining of this track...then at the first break when the melody starts and the bassline changes I hate it :( |

Wow a new release from Starecase... it'd almost be 5 years since I heard a production from these guys!
As for the tunes, a very solid release all round. Typical starecase sound in the original, and the Matt Rowan and Jaytech mix provides a bit more uptempo interpretation.
Good stuff! |

The original mix
What a boring track, it tries way to hard to be good, but then fails miserably. The breakdown was the best part, but instead of going nuts after the breakdown, it simply goes back into the same beat again. It started out very promising, but instead just makes me tire of it very quickly. I could see this working in a club environment--but it is just your typical generic "breakshouse" track.
Nick Valerio Mix
Funky track here--but it's your typical mainstream electro house. Reminiscent of Eric Prydz, Pete Tong, etc. Very repetitive and never really goes anywhere or does anything more than just use a bass line and loop the sample from the original mix. Could have been an absolute BANGING funky-electro track, but instead just follows the same formula the rest of electro-filler does. Promising, but ends up being lame.
Matt Rowan and Jaytech Mix
After listening to the other two mixes of this track, I am seriously hoping Matt Rowan and Jaytech can save this. Again, they use that typical "progressive electro" formula to make this, while it is the most successful out of the three mixes available, that doesn't really say much. It is basically the same as the original mix with a few more layers added, still nothing special.
All three of these mixes are your basic filler tracks at most, and that might be giving them too much credit. I would have expected more from Starecase with their amazing tracks in the past, but this didn't leave any lasting impression on me. |

| I strongly disagree with the above post. I don't find anything standard or "generic" to this track at all. The main synth that kicks in the 3 min mark I happen to adore and the breakdown is nice. I might agree that there should be something more after the breakdown than going back to the same beat, but regardless I give this a 7.5 rating. More than just a filler track, but needed a little something more to make it a memorable summer tune. I have yet to hear the other mixes. |
