Every question that i answered, the interviewer would said "Good answer" or "Good man!"

He said "Do you know much about *Company*" i replied, "i know about the basics and "Your comitments" on the website and i particually liked the commitment that read yada yada yada"....he was impressed and said staff that have been there for a few years dont even know them.
He asked me "What are your job aspects" which threw me for a second...then i answered "I dont have any job aspects, i only have career aspects. I am not a typical 19 year old looking for any old job then move on 6 months later, i'm a 19 year old looking for a career that i can make an impact in."

Hehe, he loved that! He said "I think i've found my perfect candidate" :eyes: Got a 2nd interview next week :D

Now just sleep with him and j00 g0ts it.

Generally the second interview is usually about the money/salary. Its taken by the HR dept. who will size up how much you are worth.

Things do get wrong in 2nd interview aswell. There is no time for complacency.

On a resume... you think it's wise to put under qualifications 'Internet literate; efficient at navigating the World Wide Web'?

I'm being serious, by the way.

Don't worry about all the psychological bull everyone is going to tell you to do. Walk in there dressed nice (depending on the job, mostly church clothes and in some cases a suit). If you're broke and you don't have either (you are looking for a job) THRIFT STORES for the win--you can get a decent suit for like 10 bucks at those places, church clothes as well--people are always getting rid of khakis.

Answer their questions honestly, don't act cocky, and be interested in what they have to say. Laugh at the dumb jokes, and if they ask you some bull question like "How do you weigh a plane without scales?" ask them what that has to do with the job if you don't know the answer. Don't let them with you--interview them. REASEARCH the company before you go. Know the position you are applying for. Honesty is good as well--everyone s up in life. If they aren't going to hire you becuase you didn't know why there was fuzz on a tennis ball, well, you probably don't want to work at that company.

I love interviews, you get to show off without feeling guilty. Take them seriously but enjoy em.
