Kill Iraqis song hits internet
An anonymous music video was posted on the web with lyrics about killing Iraqis. The lyrics include:
"I grabbed her little sister and put her in front of me./As the bullets began to fly, the blood sprayed from between her eyes, and then I laughed maniacally."
Aside from the poor meter of the lyrics, the marines have come out and said it is inappropriate and that they believe it is someone impersonating a marine; not an actual combatant. |

| well, i spent two years of my life in iraq as a infantryman and sniper, so i can tell you getting shot at and mortared and rocketed and roadside bombed for even a little bit has an effect on you. those guys are just letting out steam, it's better like that than actually massacaring civillians. I do stand by the fact that as americans we are expected to do the right thing, even though sometimes you really do know that some (civillian) is really an insurgent. I never saw any kind of abuse on civillians while I was there and I wouldn't have tolerated that from anybody. |
