djdeals.com is not an authorized Pioneer dealer anymore. Which means if you buy CDJs from them you wont get Pioneer warranty.
If I were you I would go to AGIPRODJ.COM I havent ordered from them yet but everyone I talked to praises them. Good luck |

just because you have money, doesnt mean you gotta blow it all.
Back on topic, i recommend calling the place rather than email them. YOu will probably get a better quote. |

well, if you're not gonna go full way with the 1000s, then, you should wonder...
why 800s? they're a bit expensive, they only have +/-.05% pitch increments. unless you plan to scratch with these, you could buy a pair of CDJ-200s. they've got a better pitch resolution, support MP3 just like the 800mk2, and cost somewhere around $320-$330US each. the only thing you don't get is vinyl mode.
mixer: look at small Eclers, perhaps. good price, solid ing equipment. if not, you can always go Vestax PCV-275, just don't buy a Behringer.
headphones: i'd say........ stay the away from the Pioneers. i love the sound on these, but they die a lot. a lot. a lot. some people have no problem with them whatsoever, then you get guys like Freak who is a very very seasoned DJ, nows how to treat his gear, and went through 6 pairs of the things in like a month. i'd recommend you make a 1 time buy, and go with either Sony MDR-V7506 or Sennheisers (check out the HD25 or the HD280). i own the Sonys, and... well, don't take my word for it, search if you want. |
