there is a building in Washington D.C that stands really tall, it's white with a pencil point top and at night the red lights (antenna's) go on and off and that looks like the KKK!

When I think of the KKk era, I think of the movie that they showed us in highschool, " Mississippi Burning " I think it was called. That was a powerful and horrible movie. Well done and very informational, but it was horrible to know that those events happened.

Best/Worst movie about KKK would be American History X. WOW.
I say Best/Worst because this is truly a work of art, yet the need for this movie to exist disgusts me.

Should be shown in all schools along with Schindler's List. At the appropriate ages of course.

I will never forget the first time I watched that movie. I had no idea what it was about or what to expect from it. I was so disturbed that I cried for awhile after it ended. I think I was about 19 at the time and it was VERY upsetting!

That's exatly how I feel about Mississippi Burning. They're are movies that were needed for people that didn't know about it, but for those who did know and who went through it, it was a reminder not needed.

+1. I totally agree. People shoould be educated about it, even though it is some of the worst times that have ever happened.
