what a crazy fun evening :)
great warmup by may and sharbel, huge set by Andy Moor, and the flow on after him was just great too
alot of wandering was done and closing out proceedings with Scotty's tek set and then Mr Nicholl blasting everyone in that place a new a*hole.
thanks to everyone from last nite and renegade and the boys on Sunday morning at the capri :) |

what a crazy night i cannot believe i was thinking about not coming. brown alley is a wicked venue. congrats have to go to benny, you sure know how to throw an awesome party and hopefully there will be some more interview parties at brown alley.

Steve Chable and Luke Chable did a great job warm up, Andy Moor was insance, Ben, Batemen, Jules, Dean, Drewby.. everyone was great!
What a party, Interview.. its gonna be Melbs best party!

good to see all the TA's again
I was really impressed with andy's set, expect nothing but choonage from him and thats pretty much all he played... phet chooonza
JPL is teh bomzor eh awesome set. Mike's set was farken awesome as usuall some top choonage coming outa that guy... u aint gona hear no where else.
Ben, ive gota say mate, ive caught a few of your sets now and every time they just keep getting better and better... last nights set really topped it mate that was some top right there... grats on holdin a killer shindigidydig !
anyways, after all that fine choonage last night its time for me to jump on ze turnies and remind myself of my lack of skillz mong thankyou good night... (dropped the mic) |

An absolutly awesome night. Although I was busy for most of the night (being kept occupied by Andy & the cloak room), I had an absolute ball. I haven't had SO much fun in a very long time.
Andy's set was absolutly awesome. Loved hearing Air for Life as well as the new promo by him (He told me what it was called, but I cant for the life of me remember what it was called) and the new AVA release which is a REALLY hot track.
Also great sets from Ben & Jules (KvA - Walk Down FTW!!!). An brilliant night. Makes me so proud to be part (even if it was just a little part) of an absolutly awesome crew.

Caught the end of Mr Millson which was awesome! dude.. what was the vocal track u closed with?!! BOMB!
Virginia...class act all the way per usual, i think im going to start charging you for all the randoms that i have asking me for info on u babe because its getting ridiculous lol.
Shame we had a cpl of 'technical errors' in the side room but hopefully didnt dent the night too much:(

Had an awesome time and talked to some crazy people!
I tried to compile a tracklist for andy moors set. It got a bit blurry for the second half so i wasn't able to keep up with the tracklisting (BLOODY ALCOHOL) i spoke to a few ta people as well (only one i can remember is renegades)1 who i hadn't met b4 which was cool. anyway my partial tracklist is this for andy moor

YES I MISSED OUT HALF OF THE TUNES BUT I WAS TOO DRUNK!!!!!!!!! Perhaps steve may could help compile the full tracklist.
Also I checked out virginia's set. Some impressive tunes chosen for this well crafted set. Would love to hear you play again babe on a proper setup. Needles were skipping left right and centre and what you played sounded awesome considering the circumstances.

Awesome night!!
Andy Moor was great! Played a fair bit harder than I was expecting. I was actually expecting more of a prog night all round, and Mike to bang it away at the end. But it went pretty hard from the minute Andy finished! Top sets from Ben and JPL, I had never heard these guys play before. Top notch!
Mike Nichol owned! HUGE Mixes, HUGE tunes, most of which are his own!! Quality sounds! Keep rockin Mike. |
