The reason soccer WILL catch on in america:
Border Patrol.
Pretty soon the mexicans will be the majority, and white people will be the minority.
The only sport mexicans are good at = soccer.
Therefor Mexicans > Border Patrol + Soccer = Soccer catching on in america.
I rest my case.

soccer will never catch up in usa why because most of the people are fat and lazy to do something with themselfs ... same goes for canada i am in canada at the moment first year when i got here that was back in 99 i playd a bit and got some money but then later saw there is no chance of soccer here or earning any money so .... meh heheh :haha:

A funny thing is that the United States not only played in the first world cup, but it also reached the semi-finals.
It all went downhill from there though :p |

i beg to differ
it might not be a super popular sport now, but i read an article saying soccer is the sport that most parents are signing their kids up for.Give it another 10 years and they will probably be very good.Canada unfortunatly will always suck.:( |
