It doesn't matter what was said to him, or how long the provocation had been going on throughout the match. What he did was absolutley outrageous, and he has paid the ultimate price for it in every sense of the word.

dude, what the are you on about? this little Zidane obsession you have is pretty ridiculous and it's making you look like a fanboy. And what did Materazzi get away with???
Even if he did say something to Zidane, it dosen't excuse the reaction. You're biased and no - he dosen't look like hes going to punch him, he was just walking and Zidane stepped infront of him to headbutt. |

What the hell are you talking about? Zidane walked past him, TURNED AROUND, and walked BACK towards him. How the can you claim Materazzi is the one that 'looks very threatening?'
You've already dug yourself a hole mate with some of the guff you were sprouting earlier. It would be wise to stop digging now. You're only embarrassing yourself. |

1. This is about how much of a I give if you don't believe me when I say I RESPECT HIM. It's not like I have 5000 posters and stuff like that, and I don't watch every game with him, I just happen to think he's a really good football player and he's very respectable because: 1, he's made it really far and 2, he's not a whining like so many other players (especially alot of Italians, tbh)
2. And for the 350th time, I really don't liek what Zidane did, I'm on your side when it comes to that but it's a shame that the italian did get away with what he did which is grabbing Zidane (which is prohibited) and shouting out a load of bollocks at him (which is prohibited, now isn't it?).
You can't say the italian is innocent, otherwise Zidane is a ing psycho (yeah I know he acted pretty much like one but he certainly had his reasons, as said). |
