logic 5.5.1 platinum is really good enough even if its a bit old..
but a sequencer is a sequencer and it doesnt really matter how old it is as long you can use the vsts!!!
problem for mac users is that they cant use the plugs !! |

| VST > AU Wrapper fixed the big glaring problem with Logic on the Mac. It's essential. |

I'm up for collaborating in Logic 5.5.1, so if someone who are using Logic on PC interested in it and producing melodic/uplifting trance, then let me know.
you can check out my music at www.myspace.com/petersafranyos |

I have been deciding on what Software to get and i made up my mind today after recieving an E-Mail of getting Logic7 (The whole nine yards!!!) for 500 Swiss Fr. instead of 1500 Sfr!!!
Now the only bump in the road is getting a computer for it:crazy:
JOOF uses Logic, aswell as Ableton Live for his productions as shown on his interview with Future Music Mag.

im only using it about 6+ months now and find it realy easy to use.
theres one question i have and liked to get answered, whats the best way and quickest way going about changing normal loops into apple loops.read that when converted into apple loops they work much better with logic..
hopefully time my question is answered ill have figured out how to do it.:)

Click on your audio file in the arrange window.
Select audio from the menu in the arrange window.
Select Open in Apple Loops Utility, and your away. Couldnt be more simple. |

i have done that but i want be able do group of loops together rather than bring in one loop at a time and then convert to appleloops.takes lot more time that way or is it the only way to go about doing it. |

great to see some Logic users getting some help here...
I have one:
Is there a faster way to scroll through patches, especially on the ES2, or do you have to keep opening up those bloody scroll down menus over and over....EXS24 seems to be the only device with forward/backwards patch buttons....
thanks |
