heard about that, them refs dish them cards out like ing candy and then forget about it up until the end of the match |

Each time I see a ref writing down the names in his little booklet I keep thinking why is he doing that isn't there some automated system or something ??? Oh wait no! This whole thing relies on that idiot with his booklet and pencil and brain :p |

ME TOO.
The other one that annoys me is the home plate umpire being responsible for calling balls and strikes in baseball. It's not like other officiating. He's guessing where a ball was. A machine can tell you exactly, and they already have the machine to do it, but they only use it to grade the umpires and tell them how many calls they messed up, but the machine got right. Pointless. |

Either you use it with everyone or you never use it, cause as many are aware there were tons of other very fishy situations during the cup were video monitoring would have come in handy, but who knows ... maybe the referees were paid off :p

From the replay it was more that he went to the side referee to consult, not that he waited for the guys with the video monitoring cuz the line ref did see it. |
