So did Love Fridays at 4th and B officially go the way of the Dodo? I saw a bunch of good shows in the first half of the year, and now I don't see anything consistent on 4th/B's website or Realivze tribe's website, and the only emails I get from Realivze promote Belo.

IMHO, I think it should have been a bi-monthly thing. That way there would be more promotion and hype time. Attendance pretty much fluctuated every other week any way and they probably could have condensed the crowd and had more big nights.
As much as I wish, SD just doesn't have the capacity to uphold multi-EDM events on a weekly basis |

Well for one its "San Diego" ;) hehe
But I do have to agree, the talent has dried up!! I was on wanttickets.com las night and it look like On Broadway is bring in some well known talent over the next month. But no one I would go see. I think as a venue 4th & B is big in relation to most here in SD and its harder to fill. So unless they know thay can pull in a good crowd consistently they probably wont be having as many events.

I guess as long as you can bring in talent from time to time, that's okay--it doesn't need to be an every week kind of thing.
I'd much rather see an event at 4th/B than Broadway--OB pretty much sucks now, IMO. |

the weekly events are over but giant, polka dot & realivze tribe will just be throwing much more large scale events less often. as san diego does better with those the more consistent the shows will be.
