Hip hop Thursdays at Crobar seem pretty popular. We've never gone, but we pass it on the way to BED, and there is usually a long line down the street, more so than on the weekends. There are also more SUVs, limos, and cops than on Friday or Saturday night. |

Its BS that I get a grope-type search (more lately than ever) in many clubs, yet the same clubs cant find a freakin gun on a guy....
YOu have to ask: Do people really think that a drug is more likely to kill than a gun?? man!!!

They are. I read another story with more info. They both got hit with the same bullet (in the leg) and didn't even realize until they were by the 2nd floor coat check. One got hit in the calf, the other in the leg. Probably just flesh wounds from a small caliber bullet, which if it was a cell-phone gun, is probably the case since I think they're all .22s.

(Chelsea-WABC, July 14, 2006) - Two women were shot by the same bullet after a man pulled out a gun and opened fire inside the Chelsea nightclub Crobar.
Police say the women, ages 35 and 39, were at the bar at the West 28th Street club just before 10:30 p.m. when they heard a loud noise. But they didn't realize they were hit until they went to a second-floor coat room and saw they were struck.
Both were rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital.
Eyewitness New has learned the 39-year-old was shot in the left calf. That bullet then struck the 35-year-old in the right leg, lodging into her.
The bullet was recovered at the hospital, where they are in stable condition.
The gunman fled the scene, apparently undetected. Authorities believe people heard the noise but did not realize there was a shooting because of the loud music.
The club was briefly closed but since reopened. |

I'm hoping this post is a joke b/c that's the rudest thing I've heard.
They are retarded why? For bring shot? A lot of people have been shot and didn't notice it if it wasn't a straight hit.
And I don't think they'll be shooting each other b/c they're not the ones with the guns! |
