what do you mean you got tired of normal ones? Glasses.
all you have to do is take em out and rinse them with solution, leave em overnight in those little cases (filled with solution of course). then pop em in next morning.
considering you have the no-rub solution. Take care of them though, because if you get dirt or crap in them, you can get a severe infection.
you can die too. |

| I just have one advice: don't put your contacts on or take them off right after eating spicy peppers. |

Yeah you should have a little contact lens pot too.
Take them out of the sealed things and put them into this pot, filled with solution.
And yeah, if you havent worm them much, its gonna take you a loooong time to get them in 1st time ;)
And a bit of advice. If you put them in infront of a mirror, make sure its not a mirror behind a sink with a big plughole. Cos thats just asking for it :D |

in the packaging the lenses are sterile but they're suspended in a saline solution which may sting a little, so it's a good idea to rinse them with your cleaning solution first, as that contains lubricants and all kinds of stuff that makes it more comfortable for your eyes. You may find the solution u have stings a bit, in which case try a few different ones. I recommend this one:

You need to have a contact lens case to put them in when you take them out of your eyes (these usually come free with the solution):

When you take the lens out of each eye squirt some solution at them to rinse them, then put them in the case (make sure you don't get left and right lens mixed up - that's what the "R" is there for). Fill each little compartment with solution before closing it.
Try and avoid sleeping with the lenses in, unless they're the special ones you're allowed to sleep with.
NEVER - rinse the lenses with anything other than solution. Tap water contains many irritants, as well as bacteria, some of which are capable of eating through your cornea in 24 hours!
