Well, check the manual or the tutorial video that comes along, you will find all the important info there!:D
If you didnt get it when you bought it, i would recomend you to go back to your retailer and change to new one.:)
If you by any chance have a pirate version, i think you will be on your own. ;)

i didnt use tutorials when using reason. its better to learn from scratch and pick up things from the forum.
the need to no is:
redrum - kick and percs
subtractor and malstrom - bass, synths, pads
m class mastering suite - very good for tightening up your kick, bass and percs
the rest i havent played with as i use cubase, i just use reason for kicks and percs but play about with them and add your effects in the create menu. |

Ok, so you'd want to use the combinator to layer several synths together. The subtractor and malstrom while nice, they can't really create very fat trance sounds on their own. They need to be layered. (To simulate unison and supersaw waveforms)
Check the manual it's explained pretty well in there on how to use the combinator.
Even though you're only using one synth, the combinator is excellent for combining effects and synths in one patch. |

A wise word about piracy is don't mention it. Ever.
Most legal procession from here: Log onto www.propellerheads.se and click on The Prop Shop to buy it.
Alternatively, go to Downloads, scroll down to Documentation where you can download manuals in several languages. |
