What a weekend..... Everything was there to be a great party. Organization, setup, sound system, djs, security, toilets, foods and drinks stands. I had so much fun play there, thanks to the invitation of GK and congrats for the first edition. Pass the whole weekend with friends relax listening to music... happy to see some Ta's. Had fun with some of you too :)
Lawler and Danny vibe was awesome!!!!
The only negative things I heard by people was "The Wheater"!!
Hope they will do a second edition next year :)

can anyone ID a track that lawler played?? its hard describe, but i'll try my best, it has this vocal that echoes out that says "my house" right before the beat drops. its really dark and tribalish. i think bad boy bill or misstress played it too on saturday!

I had a ing blast, only wish that the party could have gone all night, Danny T was tearing it up... can't wait till he's back in MTL. That track 'I Need Someone' KILLED me...
Lawler kicked ass as usual, Sean Miller did a good job opening up for Lawler.
All in all, best weekend of the summer, hands down. Good to see Stereohead and PIPER representing on the dancefloor.

I'm itchin to know the opening track that Lawler played...I could be wrong, but did he end up closing with it as well? Either way...it was sick!!
I thought the whole weekend was off the hook, ya the weather Sat made things different, but after enjoying Sunday in the sun, I thought about it, and I liked the fact that we were all kinda forced into the tent on the Sat. Especially since the headliner dj's followed. I think that tent was the craziest setup I've ever seen...and the comfort of dancing in the sand, with a bit more room then there was at the deckside...was perfect!
I give Sundance easily 11/10!! Oh...and not to forget that I paid the 50$ price tag as well...when I paid over 85 for BeB and didn't find it even close to as good! |
