| It seems that whatever is being played on radio these days, trance or not, is crap. Let's just ban radio. |

what do you expect? The original version of rapture is a poppy mess of goo. Not until Riva remixed it, did it gain notoriety and decency. |
Well if we're gonna be picky about it, the Creamer & K Rmx (often mistaken for the Deep Dish remix) was what got the dance crowd into it. Digweed was spinning it long before the Riva remix was doing the rounds.
But anyway, for me it's those vocals that make Rapture. So any version will do, long as I can sing along :) |

yea i realized that, but since this is tranceaddict i thought it would be more appopriate to praise the riva remix. |

| i think rapture is way overrated. the song is decent, and only in its riva form. here on the radio i only hear the riva mix on 92.7 at least thats the only station youll catch me dead listening to if theres no cd player available. and i would actually love to hear some truly genuine trance tracks on the radio so that people realize that what they thought was "techno" wasnt techno or trance for that matter, but commercial remixed garbage the diva singers like to dish out to create more revenue.but ofcourse the guy has to announce it as trance and not just the title and artist, to get the term to catch on. ok im finished. |

| Hehe, all you people are kinda lucky compared to me. Here all we have is friggin country stations, 2 pop stations (maybe a little trance)and a rock station. Wish I could sometimes turn on the radio in my car instead bringing my huge mass of CDs around everywhere. |

It's too late...I think that PPK - Resurrection and Iio - Rapture are gonna be another Sandstorm. *gasp* Yes, I said it. It's on very heavy rotation here in Austin. I work at Gadzooks and they have a tape of music video's they play and Rapture is on one of the tapes. Bleh...
One of the reasons why I rarely listen to the radio. Don't want to be another bopper who is sucked into commecialized meaningless music. |

´What about the Riva track....lol.....Its all ove the radio in the sweden with the Danii vocals.......Such a "NEW" track to them.
I played stringer for all my friends when it was released like a year ago (or more) and they like "what a piece of crap". Now i bet they listen to it all day and probably forgot about me playing it for them. :p |

no way! i wonder why they don't play it up here in boston. on the other hand, i don't listen to radio that much.
anyway, it's all the cheesy tracks that make it to the radio. i've heard some weird cheesy mix of silence the other day. the stations are too farting commercial and are all about making money, so music that masses won't understand is a no-no for them.
damn it, i hate when somebody calls trance techno!!!!!:whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: |
