Why doesn't anyone like trance!!!

I don't know anyone who likes trance music and its really annoying! I appreciate all genres of music but trance is definately numero uno!
All of my mates (whom I love dearly btw :D) are into their Indie or R&B or Rock or Hip Hop.... but no body likes trance! :mad:
Whenever I try to get them into it they just laugh and don't take me seriously.
I do have mates who like dance music... but they've hardly heard of people like Armin van Buuren or Tiesto or PVD etc. The only dance music they're familiar with is the very commercial tunes like Ian van Dahl or DJ Sammy or Benny Benassi etc.
What do I do!!!
I sometimes wonder if its worth convincing some of my mates to go to a trance night. Whats the point if they ain't gonna appreciate the music or know any of the tunes being played?
How the hell do I meet trance addicts! Can you all walk around with 'trance-addict' tatooed on your foreheads please? :D |
