i ended up checking this place out a few nights ago but didnt go in. just kinda drove by it at night trying to find it. in terms of finding the right building....just look for the building that has reserved spots right in front of it with signs like "director" "accounting producer" and crap like that in front of it. its not too hard.
but do you think it would be a better bet to go during the day? possibly less chance of running into Mr. freaky the security guard? |

| prolly be a little to freaked out checking out an 'abonded town' at night. i'd assume you'd prolly have less of a chance running into the security guy at night though. It's kinda crazy how he caught you in like two minutes of being there, why are they safe-guarding the place so hard. |

yeah thats obviously what we were thinking too....at the end of the day this place has the potential to be an amusement park, or at least it could add some value to this city as a spot you can have ice cream and sit down with your kids/family(Scarborough) but instead it is litterally left to rot away.
I doubt you could pull off having a party there, and I did read someone mentioning smoking weed there, seriously day or night, and without the security gaurd that place would still be a high killer...too creepy, too surreal. |

Hey 7-4-7, just a question...did you see the Emerald Security car out there BEFORE you entered the premise? B/c if so...common sense would dictate that you don't enter the area until it is gone! hahahaha
I'm assuming that you aren't an idiot and you saw it only after the security guard escorted you off the property! Haha Thanks for the warning though :) |

no car at first...well none that I could see. You've got to figure that I wasn't too concerned with security watching this place with any sort of regularity. When I left, yeah there was a car there as was the ****** who was escortnig me off the premises....when I say escorting I mean he litterally was walking within an arms length of me, right behind me randomly yelling out his warnings. |

| So I'm flipping through the channels today on TV and lo and behold what show do I see on. None other than Wind at my back on CBC. I've never heard of it before until this thread....very odd! |
