I like the guide, though Im a bit too lazy to list out all the genres that I like somewhat or alot. Takes a bit too long.
I'd like to see the 3rd version when (or if) it comes out. The guide helped me learn about electronic music when I didn't know shit about it and raised my interest in the subject so I bought some books about it to learn more, so it did a good job in that respect. |

This is not discussion you pieceof. This is direct attack on someone's choice of music. Its none of your business what I listen to. And you have no right to declare it as garbage because I don't use your ing ears to listen to my music. I brought this up because you brought up Yoji again. And FYI, I did't buy his mason image. I listened to his sets first and then searched on him out of curiosity. Respect other's choice of music. you don't seem to know about trance. Going to Goa and listening to "real" trance. Balls. :stongue: Don't try to be a ing "elitist" and declare big names are garbage unless you know what the you are talking about.

c) his guide it's pretty good for beginners, ingore the opnions, most of the fact is pretty legit.

No he hasn't.
A good book to read is Last Night a DJ Saved My Life: A History of the Disc Jockey. I enjoyed it thoroughly and learned quite a bit from it. Its about DJing in general though, not solely EDM, so its nice to see the connections between the different genres. |
