Ok. I actually joined this stupid forum so I can finally clear some things up.

Number 1. People who listen to "Trance" do not appreciate House music the same way "house people" do. That is why you think the docks suck. That is why you didn't like it on Sunday. That is why you don't know the DJs names.

Number 2. If the above comment applies to you, "we the people," would appreciate that you STOP making un-educated and mis-informed judgements on things you know absolutely nothing about.

Number 3. If you don't like or understand Addy, then you don't like or understand Toronto House Music. I feel really bad for you. Take off your high heels, put on some runners and come see what he and all of the other AMAZING Toronto boyz have to offer.

Number 4. If you don't like sticky floors, all you have to do is pour a bit of water on it and slide away. Or MOVE to another spot. Don't complain on a public forum princess.

Number 5. If you make bitter and hateful comments about Chinamon's pictures; insult HOT girls, hate on DJs, and then hide behind a clown or skull pic on your profile, maybe you should show your ugly face before you spread rude words and jealousy on a public forum. Clearly you wish you could be with, or look like these girls, and hate your job so much that you wish you knew how to spin.

Number 6. If you have ever been on a boat or to the docks in the past 2 years, you should only have wonderful things to say. Yes, there are sketchy people there biting their faces off, but that is pure entertainment! If you can't appreciate that it isn't you that looks that way, you have issues. Enjoy the fact that people are having a blast while making stupid faces. These are the people that support our local DJs and make the party a party.

Number 7. When you bash a DJ, make sure you know his or her name. Don't sit here behind the net- talk , and then end off by saying "I don't even know who was spinning." You sound ignorant. Not like the music "conasseur" you think you are.

Number 8. Clearly these comments that have been made over the past few months of this year have been out of bitterness and jealousy. YOU WISH YOU COULD BE A DJ. You WISH YOU WERE A HOT GIRL FROM THE PICS. Didn't you mother tell you that it isn't becoming to be bitter and jealous of someone you are not?

Love what you have; have a drink, and come rip it up on the dance floor....don't rip up the party after the fact on a forum.

Thanks.

See you on the dancefloor.

lol heidi. you in rock!

*yawn* All this genre-whoring is what fragments the scene...it keeps getting worse. I find it funny, since years ago it was quite easy to mesh Trance/House/Techno sets from multiple DJs in the same room over the course of a night and nobody sought to separate "house people" from "trance people" .. etc.

It's possible to appreciate both Trance and House... Imagine.

I'm still waiting for a production group to put together a pure evolution of EDM in one night. Good beats is good beats, I really don't care what you call it.

House-Trance-Techno-Hardstyle

let it rain, let the beats take control.

+1 to you swamps!

PS I can see it in not this next wave of super DJ's but the one following will have more dynamic DJ's playing a full spectrum of music to fully satisfy your musical desire...

+ a billion.
Just because someone has different TASTES than you in something(music, women, whatever the hell it is) does not mean they do not know of what they are talking about. Hell if anything they might know more. Relax yourself and stop getting so worked up. :)

Thread of the year indeed.:p
