Good point. Everyone's upset about it now, because we've gotten used to being able to bring an entire Sharper Image & Walgreens with us, but it'll save time getting on the plane (the ass who has a trunk as his carry-on), make it more comfortable (I remember a woman once put on hairspray & lotion once we landed...ugh), and make it safer (obvious).
Personally, I like it, but for the whole electronics thing. Not having music for 2-3 hours is going to suck.
Also, what about gum? They better let people bring some, or they're gonna have a plane full of angry people who can't hear.
Oh well. All in all, thumbs up. Now if the screeners could actually do their jobs properly... |

last time i boarded a plane (5 months ago), i had a lighter and a nail clipper/file in my purse, no questions asked.
but i still had to take off my flip-flops and put them through the x-ray machine. |
