*Successfully* buying weed seeds?

I see many seed sites on the net, and I know that some of them are very legit because they're based in other countries. What's the risk if I bought some?
People say that law enforcement doesn't give a about a few seeds, so just buy away. Some forums have said that the worst that could happen is the feds taking away the seeds before they reach you.
Can I go to jail for buying a *few* seeds from some site? Has anyone tried this and got away with it? What if the feds let you get the seeds and then knock on your door after you've grown some?
I really would like to start growing, but the paranoia is holding me back. |

if you lived in toronto, you could go toa number of shops along yonge street that sell weed seeds!! gives you all the more reason to visit the best city in the world!!! :) |
