We should all meet up at my house and have some sort of pre-Ferry Pachanga! Then we can drive the block and a half to the club.

Pachanga is a type of Latin American music and dance originating from Cuba in the 1960s. The dance briefly replaced the cha-cha in popularity, but ultimately was short lived. It still remains very popular, however, in Cali, Colombia, where the original hits of this genre can be heard any day of the week on various radio stations and, in the weekends, at dozens of dance clubs. Also a yearly river float trip taking place on the Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country. Festivities include copious amounts of libations and revelry. A true Pachanga[1] event must include the use of the infamous 'SS Pachanga' which can be seen and heard from great distances. The annual event is scheduled for July 22, 2006.

Driving down there from ATX. My first time at Antro. Till what time is it open? And what are the set times?

Link to club site and flyer under events section, all specifics contained within.

Headliners typically come on @ 12:00 AM, don't come late and miss Dave's set his buildups typically will make or break a headliner in SA, he sets the tone for the evening very well. Some headliners come here for a paycheck, some test new material and make for amazing nights.

Thanks for the props mangs. I'm still unsure what to play, so I'll have to scope out the vibe and make it up as I go along.

I only know this so far.
