So what, you don't like how this guy is promoting his tune? At least he has all the info up on there...
As a forum, how would you guys like me to deal with this sort of thread? |

| we dont no this guy or his tune. my point was that if he promotes his stuff on this forum then it gets released then its ok but we dont know him and he promotes tracks we have never heard, we are not interested. its spam to me. |

| Yeah, and since he's selling those tracks I think New Releases forum would be better for that stuff. Music Producers Promotion forum should be kept for the "non-profit" people :) |

yes good point. however i have to disagree with mister kane.. iloop has made lots of effort to give feedback on others tracks and a good few people do know him on ta. he is just promoting his music to the peeps who like it. but i know there are a lot of people you are talking about, who the example applies to.
i like the idea of a new releases promotion page. |

What about people we do know promoting a track which is being released? I would prefer to have all independant stuff which isn't signed and justlooking for feedback here and all promo stuff in the new releases forum.
What say you all? |

i think there should be a section for promotional stuff. like labels etc. but non released(yet) whole tracks (high quality) should still be mixed with work in progress. itll deter people coming and milking for whole tracks and not contributing to the forum.. |

| I almost want to leave the forum as it is apart from moving all promotion only threads to the new releases discussion or something- I am not sure. I don't know if sectioning this forum is the right asnwer- |

I have a great sugestion, make me a MOD too haha J/K :P.
Now, to do a sub.forum to promote new labels, so instead to see a label looking for producers, the producer looking for labels can go to a section called *Labels Promotion*.

| well kopi made agood point , if there would be enough promos and labels , I see like a label oriented thread per page, dont think it would fill out the space but if there would be more that would be a briliant thing to do =), Nice to see someone organising thing around here =) |
