| markus was awesome!!! spoke to him before and after his set and he seems to be a really nice person actually remembers me from his last set in new york :D. either way he didnt' play a bunch of tracks i thought he would play but all in all it was a great set. avalon was pretty nice, staff was nice and it was not disgustingly packed. had a good time even though i didn't run into any TAs. |

I sure did. Sound system was top notch, and that was the highlight of the club for me. Crowd was a little iffy, but I guess I should've expected that. Markus did a nice job, really getting into his darker stuff, which was killer live. Loved hearing "You're Loving Arms" on a big system. The only major complaint I have aobut the club was the placement of the dj. I couldn't see Markus that well at all, and that was kind of upsetting. Other than that, I was thoroughly impressed. I'll definitely be out there for Armin, Cox, and maybe some others. |
