| set your recording device to whatever your input is, and use the windows sound record in Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder |
|

| SPAWNmaster |
| I recomend Audacity. It's free, stable, open-source, and a light load on your resources (especially good if you use your computer for Ableton or whatever in your sets). |

Psychotron - Sound recorder ? u must be joking, for a start you can only record up to 60 seconds by default without making lots of new recordings until you have the space u want.
Tbh, the best i have used is Cool Edit Pro. You can record a track, multi-layer tracks, add effects and compress to mp3 or whatever format you like and its pretty much error free. |

i used audacity 1 week ago during the set i did to record it. it worked rwally really good. its a very light program, easy to use, and it also monitors the volume-levels. audacity is really worth trying if you want to record sets (or other line-in sources)
but dont forget to download lame, because otherwise you cant save your recording to mp3 :D |

| I am guessing you don't have a Mac... otherwise I would have suggested BIAS Peak... Great piece of software... :p |

| BIAS peak is a good piece of software I second the above recommendation. |
