PVD and Christopher Lawrence team up for Essential Mix this Saturday!

CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE - LIVE BBC 'ESSENTIAL MIX' WITH PAUL VAN DYK, THIS SATURDAY NIGHT FROM PLANET LOVE IN IRELAND!
BBC Radio 1 return to Northern Ireland this summer for a exclusive series of broadcasts direct from major music festival Planet Love, which takes place on Saturday 9th September.
The first broadcast of the event comes from dance music don Judge Jules who will introduce Planet Love out live across the UK at 7.30pm from the main Love Arena - hosted in association with Radio 1. Jules is followed by Mauro Picotto and Fergie.
Pete Tong’s Essential Mix, which will go out on air from 1am until 3am in the early hours of September 10th, will feature a set from American DJ and recent Dancestar World ‘Best DJ’ DJ Christopher Lawrence, recorded earlier that night in the Love arena. The second hour of the Essential Mix will be a pre-recording of the phenomenal closing set from Planet Love WKD festival headliner and World Number 1 DJ – Paul Van Dyk.
“The Radio 1 presence at the festival this year enables us to share the magical atmosphere of the festival with millions of people across the UK and indeed the world,” said Planet Love promoter Eddie Wray. “It’s also great to be able to offer our world class DJs a worldwide aud ience. At many levels – particularly for the local clubbers present for the broadcasts - the radio coverage is a great enhancement of an already fantastic event and we’re very pleased to have them on board,” he added.

| I thought BBC Radio 1 were going to broadcast sn hour of PVD and an hour of Marco V. At least that's what I heard on Pete Tong's Essential Selection show. |

| Okay, this is confusing. Pete Tong is saying Christopher Lawrence's mix will be heardo n the essential Mix, but when you hear those Judge Jules liners he mentions Marco V. Either way should be a sick set |

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the Essential Mix homepage (under the comments), it says:
10 September - Paul Van Dyk and Christopher Lawrence Live from Planet Love
Not sure why they would be saying Marco V??
Should be a sick set from PVD and CL. |
