I have nothing personally against the guy, but WTF happened to him??? He even misses the easy ones now. Was he at Sasha on the terrace last night or what??? |
No it's true.
He was on fire during the beg. But i'd say these past 2 years he's been missing very important ones.
Even when I saw him against the chiefs.. he missed a FG . Sucks. Cuz he is pretty young too. |

+1.
Do not get me wrong, I am so happy that USC got beat and could care less about Michigan. A Florida team playing is a good thing. Yet how can anyone really deserve it more than someone else when the decision is such a subjective one and not decided on the field of play??? It is unfortunate but true that no one knows what would happen if all these teams actually had to play games in a proper playoff system to determine who ends up in the championship game. Although they would be favored if there were playoffs, even Ohio State could lose before making it to the final game if a playoff system existed.
Plain and simple: BCS = Bull Crap System.
Football is clearly the biggest sport in the US, with baseball and basketball close seconds. Yet in college sports, football is the only sport that does not employ a playoff system and crown a TRUE national champion. It's BS. In both baseball and basketball the favored teams DO NOT always win the championship, not even close. Why, because someone else beats them where it matters, on the field -the only place a championship can really be decided.
The only reason this is the case in football is because of all the in money that the bowl games throw at the colleges to come play in the games, so none of the colleges push for a playoff system. What a disgrace, especially because the NCAA is also bought and paid for so they do not do anything either. I say the bowl games. Either they incorporate themselves into a playoff system or they can go into politics, another place where throwing money around dictates what does or does not happen.
And for those that say there is not enough time to do a playoff system, I call BS again. Let's be honest, it is now the first week of December and 4 or 5 weeks until the national title game will even be played. So we start playoffs next week with the top 16 teams playing each other. The winners of each week's game play each other the next week until the first or second week of January when the last 2 teams standing play a REAL national championship game.
Until then there is no true national champion. |

And if they are lucky enough that Grossman does not melt down b4 then, they will get their asses kicked by the Chargers in the Superbowl. LT = MVP, and he will run all over the bears. |

Are you a Packer fan?Hate all you want but i'll love to see that matchup.Bears got talent on both side of the ball.If Grossman keeps it simple then we are in good shape.Just like last night, nothing crazy he didn't look for bombs all day like he usually does, slants here and there and a couple of screen plays and have Benson run over people. |

Packers, hating??? Please. Just an honest assessment.
I like the Chargers, which is partly why I wrote what I did. The Bears are okay. Yet IMO they are on thin ice because when/if Grossman starts choking he will bring down the Titanic all by himself. So the problem I see for the Bears is that the Miami defense was able to pressure him into mistake-after-mistake, and Ronnie Brown ran all over that Bears defense and had his best game EVER against them. The Chargers defense is better than the Dolphins D, and if Ronnie Brown ran all over the Bears without any real passing game behind him, just use your imagination as to what will happen when LT and Phillip Rivers get their hands on Chicago's D.
Either way, good luck to your Bears and hopefully they play each other in the SB so we can have fun with this until then. |
