I went out the other night, and they played this piece of , worst part is, People went mad.

I won't even say how much other this DJ played, it was hilarious to see the people partying to this.

I had to ing go and tell him to play something better, and yet he kept on playing , But in the end he played a classic which made me forgot about that night.

First off, Sander K seems to be getting torn to shreds throughout this thread. I bought 'The Four Seasons EP' on vinyl back in 2000 and I thought, and still think, that Venus & Mars is a fantastic piece of music - although I dont know how much of a part Junkie XL played in this! His other stuff didnt do it for me but when I heard 'This Is Miami', I was hooked! I agree that the lyrics are probably not the most meaningful but this is not meant to be a deep, serious song full of emotion...it a meant to be a whopping party tune and imo, it hits the nail straight on the head. When this is played on a club system, it rocks the place - which is what it was meant to do in the 1st place. DJing wise, I am going to see Sander in Spirit here in Dublin on Sunday night...hopefully he is better live than a few of say!!!

Secondly, I would like to say that if I hear 'The Egg vs David Guetta - Love Dont Let Me Go' one more time, I will lose the plot. It HAS to be the most overrated (well, within pop music anyway) and overplayed tune of the year so far. It has gone so commercial but yet everyone seems to like it. And by the way, why the is David Guetta taking all the credit for this? Why did he remove Tocadisco's name from the song title, as it was Tocadisco who made the original mix? Tocadisco's mix was a breathe of fresh air when it was released in '05 but Guetta has ruined it for many edm lovers, including me. Tiesto's version of Adagio For Strings has had a similar effect on me.

Others that I dont like but most others seem to like:
Selu Vibra - Divine
Rachel Starr - Till There Was You
Filo & Peri - Long Train Running
shanny
That in garbage remake of Nirvana-Smells Like Teen Spirit
