Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars (Blake Jarrel Remix I beleive it is)

S.O. Project - Direct Dizko (SvD Remix) I really hate it when someone trakes an awesome tune from the past, does next to nothing to it - and everybody is crazy about the new remix!!! Some of you may not like the original either, but I started listening to EDM with Klubbheads (and yes, they were awesome back in the day). Those of you who have heard their sets from 2000 should remember that they played the original quite often back then. So Direct Dizko is a classic for me - in a way.

System F & Armin - Exhale
Andy Moor vs. Orkidea - YearZero
Pretty much the whole Gabriel & Dresden album (except for Eleven, and, maybe Sydney)

And, I would have to say that I really hate anything that is not melodic or "layered". By saying layered, I would give Ilya Malyuev - Jump The Chance for an example - it's not very melodic, but it has many flute and drum samples, that - when blended all together - make this tune a pleasure to listen to.

know this has been out for awhile, but...

Karen Overton-Your loving arms  after tiesto started whoring this track it seemed everyone in their brother afterwards started spinning it. Just think its boring, terrible and just not my type of trance.

Cosmic Gate-Should've Known

Dont get me wrong its not bad, but that it came from Cosmic Gate shocks the hell out of me. They have really drifted from their Hard Trance roots, and it's kind of upsetting. Again great track if it would of come from different producers, but from Cosmic Gate I would expect more.

Couldn't agree more, I love the original, first time i heard it was at teaesto's energy 2000 - a much praised set that one.

I honestly dont know what it is with SVD's remix that gets everyone going omg omg...

Ah well.

Pretty much everything remade/reworked/remixed/whatever by Sean Tyas has pissed me off a fair bit. Lift was "ok" but I don't understand the hype behind this artist; all he does is recycle the same garbage over and over and it somehow sells like a dirty whore (actually that's a pretty accurate analogy come to think of it). :gsmile:

This is how the system works: if Armin says that a particular tune rocks, then it must be true.

that kick on a proper bassy club system is ing lethal... much more powerful than on the original
AnLyGi
Tiesto - Adagio For Strings (At The Time)
Gabriel & Dresden - Arcadia
Sander Van Doorn - SOS
Motorcycle - as the rush comes
Marcel Woods - Advanced
AVB -burned with desire

I could go on with this older stuff all day.

As For now, Put your hands up for detroit bollox and Carl B - The Diary of Jane(Tyas rework)

as for a tune i love at the moment Stoneface & Terminal - Another day

I HATE HATE HATE Anna Nalick - Breathe (Blake Jarrell remix), it honestly gets worse each time I hear it. No disrespect to Blake Jarrel, cause I usually like what he does but the original is bad and the remix is bad.
