Some people literally tape their nipples. Otherwise, I really don't know. I have the same problems sometimes when I go to Guv, even with a bra on (which I can only imagine makes it 10x worse.)
I know runners use a special kind of tape to prevent chaffing when they run. Go to a store for runners, and check it out, if you're ok with tape being on your nipples. |

there is lanolin. They sell it in the baby section of walmart that chicks can rub on their boobies and nipples. it moturizes them to hell. |
