If only. That would be great, but I agree, it wouldn't be great for any womens' system if she never got any at all.
When I get it, it's like every 6-8 weeks and only lasts a couple of days. (Just an estimate)
I'm hijaking. This is about pain in the ! :p |

you can skip a period on the pill but that's different. If you take it normally you will regulate the period.
there's ways of tricking it so u skip a month.
but she NEVER gets a period for 3 years. |
I fail to see how that is any different. It is the same hormonal treatment, just for a much longer period of time. Skipping periods in general is not approved by the DFA, be it once or for 3 years.
That being said, I would've found the idea a bit worrying too if I were a woman. |

Periods can be skipped by mistake. Missing a day then mixing it with another to make up for it can fuk it up.
Now I don't use any of that but I would think the pill is better. Mostly because if used right it just regulates the period and reduces the pain which is absolutely horrid at times. Just my opinion. Also, I wouldn't take one of those pills that make you get a period like 3 times a year. Hearing from friends its just nasty.:nervous: |

you really shouldn't mess with your body like that (purposely skipping periods by continuing taking your pills).
i'm not on the pill now, and haven't been for a while, but i'll probably get on it soon just to see if it helps with my PMS and if it clears my skin up. not that i have acne or anything, but i still get breakouts around my period like im in friggin high school or something and it annoys me. this girl i know had bad skin and i recently saw her and her skin was glowing. she looked like she could be on a face wash commercial, no joke. i was like, "holy , your skin looks awesome" and she told me it was from birth control. she's taking Jasmine, whatever that is, but i'm gonna ask my gyno about it at my next appt. |

Saw a commercial for that and it's low dose which is probably the best one out there now.
I wanna ask about that one too. |
