-Currently Rock climbing (mainly bouldering) 4 times a week

- Former member of the Flying Dogs MTB racing team

-24 hours of adrenaline MTB race participant/ finisher

-Chief Scouts Award recipient (Canadian equivalent to Eagle Scout)

-20 years of nordic skiing. 5 top 5 finishes at Ontario Provincial (in classical and skate styles in addition to team placements)

-5 years of Rugby including time in team Captain positions and Rep Leagues. Also Playing overseas in England and Ireland.

-National Lifeguarding Service Award of Canada.

-Extensive Martial Arts background. (Chito-ryu Karate 13 years, Shotokan Karate 14 years, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 6 years, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu 1 year, Tae Kwon Do- 1 year, Judo 8 months)

Canadian National Martial Arts Team 2006, 2 gold (advanced men open hand kata, advanced men weapons)+ 1 bronze (advanced men 18-35 sparing, light heavy weight) at World Congress of Amatuer Atheletes Martial Arts Championships.

Used to be drawing/sketching when younger.

Now its pretty much:

drinknig beer, clubbing, listening to EDM, looking at breasts, watching tennis (soon to be PLAYING tennis), and cottaging!
