I'm a hardcore video-game geek for one.
I also play Laser Quest competetively (we actually have tournaments for this lol)
Also play a lot of poker.
When I'm not doing any of those, it's because I'm out with friends doing random and smoking up. Booya. |

those activities are my relaxation ;). ...well that and the occasional lazy Sunday with my gf and I just lounging around for the day and grabing breakfast and coffee arond noon.
As I'm sure you know, trainning in Martial Arts can be a great way to break down stress. I kind of treat all the other activities the same way. |

-5 years of Rugby including time in team Captain positions and Rep Leagues. Also Playing overseas in England and Ireland.

Canadian National Martial Arts Team 2006, 2 gold (advanced men open hand kata, advanced men weapons)+ 1 bronze (advanced men 18-35 sparing, light heavy weight) at World Congress of Amatuer Atheletes Martial Arts Championships. |
that is some resume - holy feck!
as for me:
producing and writing music - writing poetry (those number #1), reading, working out, jogging (which I just started), learning other languages, travelling, organizing events, organizing my time (this is a hobby: yes), suduko (new at this), meeting people...there are too many things to list... |
