Emotional Horizons - Lush (Flawless Falling)

hey everyone,
a few days ago i started this new melodic trance track called Lush, and just completed it today. It has a quite similar sound, structure like my other track called Autumn, so those who liked that track, might will like this new track also.

Hey Peter,
It is very difficult to hear how good (or not so good) this track is because of the soundquality. I hear a nice build up, as always your melodies are a bit on the sweet side and your tracks do not bang but it is a nice style. Very subtle, it reminds me a bit of Chicane.
The minus in this track for me is that the build up and the main section after the breakdown pretty much sound alike. So overall it just feels like the track just keeps going on in a very dreamy way. I would have liked to have heard more variation, perhaps with the bass going wild but also with a more varied melody.
Overall a nice soothing track although it is hard to say how the procution sounds mastered and clean in 320 ;)

Listening - to me it sounds very similar to Autumn, though I preferred Autumn.
The breakdown is my favourite part, I just miss a hook to the song, as Menno said it is very similar before the breakdown and after. Perhaps the bassline could be more interesting too, and the percs too.
Overall I enjoyed the listen man, though I think it's too similar to Autumn (and not as good), but still a worthy listen! |
