Hey everyone, what a night. I think that was my favorite night at Spundae so far. It's always about the company.
But, I have some sad news :( my twin sister lost her digital camera. It's a sony cybershot with a gig memory card in it. She is offering a $100 reward for who ever turns it in. If anyone has any information it would be greatly welcomed. The last place was seen the womens main restroom.
Hopefully a TA picked it up... |

OMG I'm tired....
Saturday night was off da hook but I always have an amazing time when Piet's in town. Seeing Benno was a big bonus of course, and I'm glad people finally found out what the suprise was because keeping the secret for almost a month was killing me! :D
Unfortunately I missed a lot of the sets that night for various reasons. I saw Kris B in the back room for a little bit and he did a great job. After that it was all about Piet and Benno....;) Piet's set put me to bunny heaven (I was jumping like an energizer bunny for most of the set) and I had a perma-grin pasted on my face the whole time :tongue2 I only stopped to take pics & video and to chat with Benno and a couple of other people. It's tough to take video when your feet don't wanna stop moving! :p At the end of the night I was exhausted but happy as a clam. I went to bed around 5:30am just to get up again at 9am to take the boys to the airport.....They're worth it though ;)
The crazy Dutch boys: Thank you for the fun weekend! I don't need to tell you how much I adore you - you already know ;)

well everyone has pretty much said what i would say. i had an amazing time and LOVE it when piet comes out so it was such an awesome time meeting and talking to benno. SUCH a nice guy. hes very personable. i hope to see benno again! maybe when i go to europe next year i can potentially meet up with piet and benno! that would be awesome!
Piet & Benno, thanks again for an AMAZING night. playing Airwave live was a wonderful treat! |

What a fun weekend!
I had a great time as usual and it was awesome to see all the usual TA's out and about. The club didn't get started till a little later, but I had a blast nonetheless. Jon O'bir i thought did a great job and he was a super nice guy to boot. I really liked Rank 1. It was my first time seeing Piet dj and i loved the blend of old and new tracks he was playing. In a way he reminded me of the Tiesto of 2000 or so when the trance was just dirty and rockin. I couldn't believe that he dropped put your hands up for Detroit. I'm not a fan of the song, but it fit well into his set i thought.
Great night all around! It was great to see everyone and hang out and I definitely can't wait to come back! |
