Catch me in T.O. while you can because as soon as I can get out of this political MESS I'm gone!!! PEOPLE WANT TO SEE NEW DEEJAYS, NEW TALENT......and DEFINATELY NEW TUNES!!! Not 5 deejays all playing the same tunes.....just different times of the night......BULL !!!! People pay money to see you play.....PLAY like you DESERVE your RESIDENCY......NOT JUST BECAUSE YOUR THERE!!! Your time is coming.,......ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS!!!

Anyway, I agree that local toronto talent is pumpin alot of the same tunes, but that's what's hot right now and u can thank beatport for that! Obviously at regular resident nights at TIL or the guv your gonna hear the regular commercial tracks, regardless of who's spinning them. My comment about Addy has very little to do with his track selection, the guy can really mix and he is fantastic at every EVENT.
btw..going out to TIL or the guv on a regular resident night expecting not to hear industry is like turning on MuchMusic not expecting to see the cat dolls.. |

Addy? r u serious? the guy cuts the bass for 5 minutes at a time so he can talk to his fan club of girls. i used to enjoy his sets but now he makes me want to sleep. TURN THE BASS UP! and quit talking to girls. can you honestly say that you have never noticed this? |

You obviously are hard of hearing. In fact, track selection is all he's got. His mixing is ridiculously AWFUL...see my review from TIL last week. Fantastic at every event? I haven't enjoyed a set of his since before the Summer...:rolleyes: |

last time i heard addy was at freedom or was it the next big event, he was spinning at the drink. he destroyed my mind and my legs, top 5 sets of all times for me easily. i heard him live maybe 10-15 times since i started partying and every single time he was top noch.
all that being said i will not see steve lawer till he goes back to them dark drums. |
