I miss martial arts... mine was a mix of JJ & Aikido & traditional karate... But really it was just our coke-happy Master kicking us around and making us fight for our lives. What a great time :crazy: :crazy: Then I did TKD and hated my school; no action, barely touching, as opposed to bruises and exhaustion from my old dojo
Would love to get back in someday :) |

been a great experience so far.
got my first tourney coming up this saturday, I'm pretty pumped. |

yea!! i've trained with him as well at my studio... actually my instructor is the last guy standing on the right..louis vintaloro :)

| Seagal was serious news when he was younger, although Im sure he could kick some ass now too. I want to learn his cliche arm/wrist flip, where the guy is coming towards you with a punch or something, do a quick side step grab the hand/wrist/arm, pull... twist back, and the persons own momentum will make him flip over, or else he breaks his elbow. What a kick ass move that can be used in actual real live situations. |
