Unfortunately the 'playing more Houston gigs' thing is not and never has been up to me. If it were I would. Theres no major travel expenses since I live here, so I'd have no issue playing out.
To my honest recollection, I've never turned down a gig here in Houston. However on the same token I haven't received too many offers. As far as coming out to shows, it has to fall on a weekend or I won't be able to make it. I might be at RITM, we'll see. |

| ...I remember checking out Armin van Buuren for the first time in Htown in 04' i think and saw Matthias with his 'Vandit' shirt..and then again at Cowboys Dancehall for Tiesto ..& Then AGAIN! with that shirt at Sky for G&D..& i was like.."Who is this dude?"..LoL. - Glad your music is getting recognition Matthias, i gotta check out this Sym-4 everyones raving about. Tho i did get the chance to see you spin before New NRG? i think at club Eternal on 6st...not too sure who was in town but it was a bad ass set that night.:D |

At Eternal I've opened for George Acosta in Jan and Nu-NRG in April of '05, It was a fun night and cool getting o meet Giuseppe in person. |

Hmmm...The Tiesto gig happened before the Armin one. The only time I saw them at Sky Lounge was the time I opened for em and that was in December '05.
Hehe I get what ya mean. The only time I ever wear it these days if if its PvD on the bill. When I first got the shirt in 04 I wore it out mainly to identify who the real the music appreciators were vs the Julios, etc..as none of them knew (and many still dont know) what the hell Vandit was about. |
