its not official in the because the liquor board hasnt changed their rules ever since the comming of the picture in the OHIP card and therefore still looks at all the documents that have always had pictures on them as acceptable only |

see? thats why its not official. until everyone has a picture health card, it cant be done or else someone without a picture on their health card will show their health card and go "lemme in...look this is my name and its on an official health card u cant kick me out" and start a ruckus

You can't go wrong w/ the Chocolate Brownie desert! I don't even really like chocolate, but I can't resist.
I used to have lots of cards for free chocolate brownie deserts...but I used them all up :(
