Sauga's not so bad if your favourite past-time is watching grass grow.

Hazel is teh pwnz. When you're 84, and you're still the most effective mayor in North America, you can bash her all you want. The problems we're seeing with Mississauga are the same problems being faced by every major Suburb in the GTA, except our problems are a lot less extreme because we've had a mayor with the balls to tell her constituents "No, we can't afford to put gold plating on our buses and snow plows, we have to fix broken water pipes and repair roads."

She claims she's going to focus on improving transit this term, I hope that means more than throwing money into the pit. Not that I have any fantastic ideas to improve transit, it's hard to do so in a spread-out suburb like Mississauga. If everything were closer together, it'd be all gravy. Good thing all those appartments are going up in the city-center, it'll increase population density which should make it easier to service a larger number of people with an improved transit system.

i hope hazel lives till shes 120 ,, shes the best, i believe the next project for hwy10,, i think it would be best to put a light rail train, if any you out their take the 19 bus you will understand theres soooo much traffic coming in from brampton. in 2010 the LT will be complete and the pop should be like 600k to like 1m or close to it.

I think thats the point Yohan is trying to make lol.

For a town of close to 700,000 people...you think that we could have a decent nightlife.
