Rabbit In The Moon was ing awesome. Ferry kicked ass too. I got to see Carl Cox for the first time and he had a pretty good set. People who usually arent into techno were feelin it. Darude actually put together a really impressive set too. He layed down some sick tracks just like ferry.
It was a good time. I'm sure it probably doesnt matter most FLTAs arent in the Tampa Bay area, but it was pretty damn good for what it was. First ever attempt at having a show like this in the area, and it was a success.

Had had awesome time. Got VIP which was the way to go. Darude was def kick ass, released a new track for us too. Ferry, standard rippage. Played some electro stuff, worked very well. Played Fire, Punk, Body Rock and that new remix of Life Less Ordinary which was slammin. Cox was awesome. Crowd didn't seem too into him though. Mostly stupid raver kids who couldn't appreciate techno. Saw Suzy Solar for a few tracks, she looked like she was having a blast! Well done Suzy.
RITM? Biggest joke of an EDM act EVER. WTF is with some jackass in a giant bee outfit running around like an idiot? The music sucked too. Aparently seemed to be rapping something awful in the end. Just terrible IMO.
Sound was awesome, much better than expected. The other stages were very weak though. Some OK talent around however. Had no problem sneaking in a bottle of Vodka and a camera. Made some mixed drinks for cheap, can't complain.
Crowd was very large. This will definitely be happening next year. Can't wait. |

Good, we need more festivals in Florida and especially here in MIA. (this is a year-round beautiful weather city damn it). Not surprised to hear Ferry and Carl Cox jammed it. Can't wait til the 27th for Ferry in MIA. :D

Not sure about the market up there, but I guess that is not bad for Tampa (especially on a Sunday). Although they would probably need to pull in around 20k in attendance minimum to do a festival down here and not be considered a bust. |

That was awesome, well worth the drive from gville. Clevername and I managed to sneak in chairs!! So many ppl brought chairs and were told they had to go put them back in their car. So we threw em over the fence, went in, and picked them up. I think we were the only ones..
People were passing around j's to us for letting them sit in our chairs, heh :toothless
I caught the end of ferry and im not digging the electro style, i expected cheesy trance! Carl cox rocked it, and i think the crowd was really into it, jumping up and down and fistpumph4x. This was my first RITM show and it was pretty cool. The bumblebee suit was stupid, as was a lot of it, but the LED suit and the vinyl/glowstick ball were incredible. OBE blew my mind, i was waiting the whole time for that song. |

thanks epdarks! i did have a really good time. the weather and the park was gorgeous and i was digging the vibe. i really hope there will be a 'sunset 07.' |
