I've done it once with a semi-automatic gun and 2000 paintballs.

| not very fun, imo. And it can seriously hurt, it's not unusual to walk away from a round of paintballing with 2 or 3 bruises. |

| I never really got into it, nor did I ever get into airsoft. I stopped playing anything like that after they came out with the laser tag kits for home usage. |

but if you're playing in a wooded area, just be careful where you step when you run around. you can sprain an ankle.
and hope that the paintball bursts on contact, otherwise it'll be a painful welt |

yea my dad used to do it a lot with his marine buddies and he said it definitely hurts and will leave a welt and/or bruise. i'm so damn skinny, i'll look like a beaten wife lol. i'm kind of scared of the pain, but i have a pretty high tolerance for physical pain, so i dunno.
oh and lol @ "doing while shrooming". haha yea right! |

We used to do it in the winter when there was snow. You could dive and roll a little easier. I preferred the woodland courses to the urban ones, but that's just my opinion.
I've been trying to get my girlfriend to consider the idea, but she bruises really easily, so she's not too excited. I usually don't get hit as often as most of my friends when we go, so it's never been an issue for me. The worst thing I've seen was that one of my friends got hit with a ball right at the bottom of the face mask, cutting the paintball in half. Since it was winter and below freezing, the shell gets kind of hard, so the ball split and ended up cutting his neck (not deep or anything). |
